Please humor me by explaining in some detail what this case is about in your opinion. Is it truly about the right to free speech, the right to state opinion as fact, or the right to mislead by manipulating the truth(ie lie)?

Here are some links I found useful:

It will be interesting to see what their decision is…

    Give2attain,

The case is about 1st amendment rights in political speech and the limits allowed by the constitution.

We believe that the change to the law in 2004 and the application in the Administrative Hearing process has had the effect of CHILLING Free Political Speech. Threats of charges and action against individuals and groups that don’t agree with Governmental Units (i.e. Public School Districts) on ballet issues. I hope that this helps you?

Yes, it will be interesting to see the decision of the 8TH Federal Appeals Circuit next year. I attended the oral arguments on Wednesday.

So do you have a list of specific statements that the district and your group disagreed about? If so, are you willing to share them?

I am certain many like me would like to develop our own opinion.
